Volume 10. Chapter 95: There Was A Skip! (Chapter 996)

Chapter 95: There Was A Skip!

It had only been a few months since that day… not! Ha, surprised? I said that I was getting my time skip, and I got it. In fact… while I personally deny the existence of destiny, the narration resumes… in my time. For the destiny part, I mean to say that… Celia couldn’t get any stronger or Evolve.

Ah, I am actually joking… Rather, this narration is for just 100 years after the last chapter. Though, our idea worked, with Guanyu and I successfully (massively helped by Celia’s control over True Mana) carrying out that plan… the time didn’t matter much. You see, we took the memories of our friends and family from every timeline, and merged them into the current us.

Zelia: “Frankly, I am shocked that there wasn’t any past version of myself. Aren’t I just another Celia?” She mused with a thinking pose, still salty (despite this happening 5 years ago) that she was the only one to remain the same.

Eternanel: “Zelia, you rejected the identity of Celia, so there was no reason for you to get any of those memories. Isn’t this fine? This makes you very unique.” She lectured with a laugh.

  Zelia: “(>3<)”

  Kiss!

Lotte then sealed Zelia’s lips with a tender kiss, before giving one to her other wife. Hey, you three… I am busy! Take your flirtations elsewhere!!! Anyway, the reason I didn’t start the narration up again after the memory recovery stuff… is because we were all pretty mindfucked until… just a year ago.

Celia: “That is a pretty vulgar way to put it, Vulely.” She said with a jokingly scolding tone.

Vulely: “Damn you all… If I don’t finish this narration, I cannot get paid!!!!” I replied with a deeply frustrated tone and expression.

Celia: “Sorry, it is just too fun to tease you. It isn’t our fault that all mental barriers are still broken.” She replied with a coaxing tone, patting my head a bit.

Something odd happened, you see… Those of my close family (not friends), can all hear my thoughts. None of our thoughts were secret… Thankfully, just being a room away is enough to block the effect, and they all left me quickly after Celia coaxed me. This happens without us doing anything, with even Guanyu affected.

Being the type of person she is… that Cultivator has actually gone into seclusion. Guanyu said that it was merely for Cultivation, but it doesn’t take a genius to know that the woman abhorred the very idea of anyone hearing her thoughts. As for the System’s limitation problem…

Runey: “Insult my work, and you shall regret it for the rest of your immortal life, dearest mother.” She earnestly threatened, appearing (How much of my privacy will be invaded?!?!) in my room nonchalantly.

  Vulely: “…”

Runey: “I fixed it.” She added without me asking.

Vulely: “Huh?! I refuse to believe that… The timing would just be too good. Do you truly wish to make me out to be a bad narrator?!…” I weakly replied, hiding my head between my (I am currently in bed) legs.

Runey: “I had no idea when you would start the narration again, Vulely. While the timing is strange… let’s just see it as funny instead. Besides, you’re the narrator, not the writer, and this life of ours is absurd on the best of days.” She replied with a deadpan tone and expression.

  Vulely: “( ’-’ ~)”
