Chapter 20: Blue Shield Knight

  Chapter 20: Blue Shield Knight

Jin Hu looked at Evan and said "What data do you need?", David heard this and nodded towards Evan: "Okay!"

"Well, we won't disturb you then," he said, holding out his hand to David and Carol.

Jintiger finally understood, Evan had found a clue and shook hands with the two detectives before leaving the police station together.

As soon as he got on the car, Jin Hu turned to Evan and asked, "Have you found a clue?"

Evan started the car and drove onto the road, nodding his head as he said, "The pattern on that killer's back, I've seen it before. It's not a tattoo, it's the killer's own mark."

"Do you know who she is?" Jin Hu asked.

Evan shook his head: "I don't know who she is, but I know someone who can find her."

"Same here!" Jin Hu nodded and said. Find the killer, then find the one who ordered it and take care of them together. If everything goes smoothly, maybe we can really go back tomorrow. Then he turned to Evan and asked: "Shall we go now?"

"We'll find a hotel first" Ivan looked at the road ahead and said to Jinhu: "I also need to contact Joey, let her find their Lianluo address, if it's quick we can go find them tonight" Ivan stepped on the gas.

Arriving at the hotel by car, Jin Hu returned to his room to sulk, while Ai Wen contacted someone to find out about the assassin's whereabouts.

It was getting late, and Jinhuo was lying in bed, bored, watching TV. At this time, he heard the sound of Evan knocking on the door outside. This made Jinhuo's ears feel like they were listening to celestial music, and with a flip of his body, he jumped up from the bed and walked quickly to the door. He opened it and saw Evan standing at the entrance, asking directly: "Is there any news?"

Jin Hu nodded and stepped aside, allowing Evan to enter. Only after Evan entered did Jin Hu close the door.

Ivan walked two steps and turned around to face Jin Hu, saying: "Bring the guys! These people may not be easy to talk to at first."

Jin Hu listened and smiled with a grin: "I like people who don't talk nonsense, what do you want to bring? Heavy weapons you haven't prepared yet."

"Aiwen looked at Jinhu and shook his head, saying: 'These people are not needed, wait for my signal later. When I make a circular motion with my hand, you take care of the bodyguards on the side, there should be two or three of them. Just make sure they can't resist, but don't kill anyone, okay?'"

Jin Hu nodded: "No problem!" After finishing speaking, he walked to his bedside and took out the gun from his bag.

Aidan finished speaking and turned around to walk towards the door. When he reached the door, he opened it and said to Jin Hu: "Don't forget your police badge."

Jin Hu smiled and patted his waistband, indicating that he was wearing it, and how could he forget this thing after finally getting past the police's addiction.

Two people drove up to the entrance of a bar, Evan parked the car and rushed out of the car towards the door.

As soon as he entered, Jin Hu's eyes were met with a dazzling sight. In the 400-500 square meter space, four or five high platforms had been set up, each with one or two glittering pillars on top. On each platform, three or four women in tiny underwear were wriggling their bodies to the music, which was blasting at full volume throughout the entire room.

Following Evan for a few steps, Jinhu discovered that the woman on the table was a bit different. Judging by her facial features, she should be from Eastern Europe or Russia, anyway not a standard American white face. Jinhu understood that he had entered the territory of the Eastern European mafia.

Following Evan, he walked directly to the back of the venue, casually taking a cup of wine from a tray held by a busty babe, and putting a bill on the plate. The babe looked at the money and started flirting with Jinhu.

Jin Hu smiled and patted Xiao's buttocks before continuing on with Ai Wen.

After passing through a long corridor with private rooms on all sides, I took a glance at the glass doors and knew it was a brothel. At the end of the corridor was a large door, flanked by two burly Eastern European men. Judging from the tattoos on their necks, they didn't look like good people. I don't know what kind of taste these mafia bosses have, but each one seems to have two bodyguards standing at the entrance. It was the same when Jin Hu saw Lu Qi for the first time.

As soon as Evan stood still, a big man stretched out his hand towards Evan: "This is a private place, cannot enter".

Evan held out his police badge: "We're looking for Rogoff on a little matter!"

The big man still expressionless said: "This is a private place" After finishing, another person also stretched out his hand to block Evan's way.

Evan stretched out his hand, grasping the hand of a big man with one hand, and twisting both hands forcefully. The faces of the two big men twisted slightly, and Jin Hu shook his head as he looked at the two useless goods.

Two big men were dragged down by Evan, who pushed open the door and took Jinhu with him.

As soon as I entered, I saw a man in his thirties with a pale face sitting behind a black office desk.

Two people walked in, and the three men standing at the door surrounded them, blocking their way. The man behind the office desk looked up and saw the police badges on Evan and Jinhu's waists, and waved his hand at the three bodyguards: "What can I do for you two officers? Oh, New York cops!"

Three bodyguards parted to let one person through, Evan walked up to the desk and put the female assassin's photo on it: "I want to know where she is!"

Lao Bai Lian, also known as Rogoff, took a glance at the photo and said, "Never seen him!" After finishing speaking, he raised his head to look at Evan and said, "If there's nothing else, you should leave now!"

Watching Evan make a gesture, Jin Hu suddenly stretched out his hand, and with a double palm knife, he cut towards the necks of the two big men beside him. Then, with one knee on top of the biggest man in front, he easily solved the three bodyguards in an instant.

Lu Guofu looked at Evan and Jin Hu and said: "I'm going to sue you!"

Ivan aimed his gun at Rogov's head: "Put your hands on the table, don't even think about touching a gun, you're not faster than me! Believe me."

Looking at Rogov putting his hand on the desktop, Evan smiled and said: "Now can you tell me where this person is?"

"I've said I don't know, officer," Rogov put his hands on the table, clasped them together, and looked at Evan and Jinhu with a cold smile.

Evan suddenly picked up the glass ashtray on the table and smashed it towards Rogoff's hand, instantly a scream burst out of Rogoff's mouth.

"Now you know where she is?" Ivan slid onto the table with a whoop, grinning at Rogov, who was clutching his hand.

"I'll strip you of your police uniforms, I'm a legitimate businessman!" Rogoff said with his left hand grasping his bloody right wrist, glaring at Evan.

Evan pulled out a blue badge from his pocket and put it on the table: "I watched you strip me of my police uniform!"

"Blue Shield Knight!" Rogov's face turned white in an instant as he stared at the emblem that Evan had placed on the table, and the words escaped his lips.

"Tell me where she is, and I'll pretend I never came. If you didn't know the consequences," Ivan put away the blue badge on the table into his pocket, smiling at Rogoff.

Lu Guofu looked at Evan's smile and suddenly felt a chill: "Room 707 of the Holiday Hotel".

Ivan slid down from the table: "You see, things are so simple! You have to make it bloody" and nodded at Jinhu.

After leaving the bar and getting into the car, Jin Hu looked at Evan with a curious expression that had been suppressed for a long time.

"Ai Wen started the car and said to Jin Hu, "Don't ask! I can't tell you about this matter, but if there's a chance, you might also become one of them." Then he drove away."

Jintiger had no choice but to put his doubts back in his stomach. He sat in the car, looking at the bustling streets and crowded pedestrians on both sides of the vehicle.

The car drove to the vicinity of the hotel where the two lived, Evan stopped the car and said to Jinhu: "You go back, I can handle the rest, we'll leave here early tomorrow!"

"Need my help?" Jin Hu looked at Evan and said.

Evan shook his head: "I'll take care of the rest myself!"

Jin Hu thought for a moment and didn't say anything else. After all, he was Evan's father, and hating him was one thing, but being hung up by someone else was another matter altogether. It might be better to let him take matters into his own hands. Thinking of this, he pushed open the car door and got out, saying to Evan as he closed the door behind him, "If there's any trouble, give me a call." Seeing Evan nod, he finally closed the door.

Along the road to the hotel entrance, Jin Hu turned back, took out a cigarette from his pocket and lit it, strolling along the road. If he didn't go back to the hotel, it would be boring, so it's better to come out and get some fresh air.

As he walked, he passed by a bar and stepped inside. Looking around at the people chatting in twos and threes, he plopped himself down on a high stool at the counter and said to the bartender, "Give me a whiskey!"

He waited for a small cup to be brought over, Jin Hu drained it in one gulp and put down the wine cup, gesturing to the bartender to refill it again.

The bartender refilled Jin Hu's glass, and just as he picked up the cup, his phone rang. He took it out and saw an unfamiliar number. After answering, a woman's voice came from inside: "Is this Officer Brian?"

"Ah!" Jin Hu was taken aback, I had just impersonated a police officer not long ago, and after thinking for a moment, he remembered that it was the female police officer from this morning: "Yes! What's the matter?"

"I sent you guys the document materials, but the headquarters said none of you were there."

"I'm at a bar not far from you, come over." Jin Hu said the address of the bar into the phone and hung up.

After a while, Carol arrived at the bar and sat down beside Jinhu, pushing a bag in front of him: "The information Evan wanted!" After saying that, she took a glance around Jinhu's surroundings: "Where did Detective Evan go?"

"Why bother sending it over, can't you just email it?" Jin Hu looked at the paper bag in front of him with a wine glass: "The girl from Philadelphia is too enthusiastic, Evan is busy tonight!"

"My partner wants to make sure you're leaving Philadelphia tomorrow," Carol said, nodding at the bartender and taking a sip of her beer.

Jin Hu smiled and said: "Our business is done, we'll leave early tomorrow morning. Tell your partner, good luck to you both!"

"That's the best!" How couldn't Carol hear Jinhu's irony, and after she said that, Jinhu didn't have any interest in talking to this woman anymore. Carol finished her drink, paid the bill, and left.

Jin Hu stayed until almost twelve o'clock, and Evan didn't call himself either. It seems that things went smoothly, so one person returned to the hotel first.
