Chapter 87: First Comes Maintenance, Then Comes...
Celia: “…”
Runey: “…”
Ruina: “…”
After examining Celia’s System all over, Runey… couldn’t find the fault at all. Celia made it clear that she was going to go on a killing spree, so it is absolutely imperative that we solve this bug!
Since there was no use in Runey herself looking further into the bug, we called Ruina here, who showed up in a happy mood, before we explained why we brought her here. Ruina was now a bit wriggly, and clearly looked like a kid who did something bad, with their parent catching them in the act directly.
Runey: “Ruina… did you actually place a cheat in Celia’s System?” She asked with a serious, scolding tone.
Ruina: “Me? No, no, of course not! I didn’t have that kind of power, and would have gotten fired if I did so.” She instantly denied, without a hint of guilt on her face.
Celia: “Wait… then why did you act so guilty just now?” She added with a confused head tilt.
Ruina: “I thought that you were going to scold me for fucking up the System in the past. Again, this bug is not of my doing, and I honestly doubt it appeared out of anything that I accidentally did.” She clarified with a relieved tone.

Celia and Runey: “…”
If it wasn’t her… then how come this bug is still around? Eternanel said that she would have, of course, stopped such a thing from happening. And, when asked, Guanyu said that it wasn’t anything that she did to help Celia cheat, either.
Celia: “Fuck…” She exclaimed with a deep groan.
Guanyu: “Hm? What’s wrong, dear?” She asked with a concerned expression and tone, gently rubbing Celia’s arm.
Celia: “Uh… I have an idea of what happened.” She replied with an embarrassed tone.
Runey: “Eh? But you said that you didn’t make this cheat!” She added with an accusatory tone.
Celia: “I didn’t! Well, at least… it wasn’t anything that I intended to do.” She quickly replied in defense, though being vague with her last sentence.
Runey: “…”
Celia does have a way with… somehow figuring out things that stump us. Perhaps it is because the girl is young, while us, her wives, and a majority of her friends and family, are many thousands of years old beings.
Either way, I frankly cannot even begin to think through this, and find the answer. But Celia seems to… have already realized the truth. Now, we just have to… get the woman to speak it.
Vulely: “Celia, even if your idea of the answer isn’t correct… you should still inform us of it.” I say with a stern, wifely tone.
Celia: “Alright. Just… do you all promise to not get upset about it? I will reiterate that this happened on complete accident, but I’ll be taking responsibility for it.” She replied, agreeing with a hesitant tone.
Vulely: “We won’t be upset, Celia. Don’t worry.” I say with a reassuring tone.
Celia: “…Okay, I’ll trust you all, then. Who wants to pick the name for our newest daughter?” She nonchalantly asked, still with quite a bit of awkwardness present in her tone.
Everyone: “Eeeeeeehhhhh?!” They all (including me) exclaimed, surely alerting any and all enemies around us with the noise…
