Volume 10. Chapter 77: Correcting A Fatal Flaw In My Narration... (Chapter 978)

Chapter 77: Correcting A Fatal Flaw In My Narration...

Just a bit ago, Guanyu told me about what happened in her original Timeline. In hers, Celia didn’t experiment with Pure Mana that much, and the Cultivator wasn’t interested in learning about Pure Mana, either.

Rather, Celia mainly used it for her new standard currency, leaving it at that. With Celia being more active in her study and control over Pure Mana… this changed. Guanyu originally was stuck here alone, and could merely only wait for this little world to collapse, thus, letting her leave, which was after Eternanel slaughtered the family, you see.

Celia: “Alright, I get all of that… though I am quite confused why I’ve been brought here as well…” She said with a confused, but secretly excited tone and expression.

Guanyu: “According to Vulely, I absolutely needed to get you here. She adamantly refused to help me if I didn’t do so, and still seems reluctant to do as I have asked.” She explained with a sigh.

Celia: “This is something that Vulely herself could easily handle, though…” She said with a head tilt, looking directly at me.

Vulely: “Celia… it doesn’t matter at all that I can do what Guanyu requests of me.” I reply with a groan, feeling like I am the only sane person here.

Somewhere along the lines of this volume… I ended up taking the spotlight from Celia. My name isn’t going to be on this story, so why am I so apparent in the last few sections?!…

Unfortunately, there were many portions of narration that I had to keep in, which didn’t have Celia as the main driving force or star behind them. This has to stop, and I will absolutely refuse to take any more word-time away from my beloved!!!

  Celia: “???”

Vulely: “Listen, you’ve been too absent from this final volume. As the narrator, and your wife… I have a duty to correct this, and give you as much content depicting you as I can with the remaining chapters left!” I lectured with an absolutely righteous tone.

Celia: “Ah, so it is a simple aesthetic thing, then? You know… I haven’t read your narration at all, and I doubt that I ever will. Regardless, I do thank you for thinking and caring about me like this.” She replied with a bright smile.

Guanyu: “Yes… I seem to have overlooked this as well. Vulely, worry not. I will ensure that Celia is the main character of the next chapters, unless she needs to be sidelined for another. You’re very wise to have gotten Celia to join us in this little adventure of ours.” She added with a praising tone.

Vulely: “…” “I can’t handle it when this woman praises me like I am her daughter!!! It does feel good, though…” I secretly think, not letting it show on my face, merely displaying a light smile.

Celia: “Technically, I’ve just been too lazy, and decided to not be a main player in the story lately, as… eh, no real excuse besides being lazy. Vulely, it was a bit forceful, but, I thank you once again for this help.” She said with a wifey tone and expression, soon leaning in to my face.
