“So, where did you grow up?” Said the demon princess who Iko didn’t like that much anymore, not when she didn’t shut up with her questions.
“As I said before, I lost my memory” Iko said while on the branches of a tree.
They had decided to travel together after the attack of the dragons, and a day ago, the landscape had changed from a desert to a forest, Iko liked it, since she was able to clean the blood off her body.
“C’mon, I doubt you lost ALL your memories” Lilia said with that annoying tone of mockery.
“You are right, I remember Aiden, but nothing else”
“Well, let’s change theme then, Aiden says you were human when you were kids, so how are you a dragon now?” Lilia said while cleaning leaves off her clothes.
“That I know, but I won’t tell you, fuck you” Iko said throwing a branch at her.
“Well, fuck you too” she threw a rock at her.
“Will you two horn girls stop that?! All your little branches and rocks are falling on me!” The elf, Liua Brua, said while cleaning said branches and rocks of her clothes.
“I will stab you in the eye and drink your blood” “I will burn you to a crisp and feed your corpse to some wild demons” Both of them said at the same time.
“Aren’t elves supposed to love nature? Why so annoyed with a few branches and rocks?” Fay asked from where she was eating with Aiden.
“Even the elf who loves the nature the most would get annoyed if they threw rocks and branches at her for 3 hours!”
“Shut up long ears” Lilia said while she sat down to eat next to Aiden.
“Annoying...” Iko whispered while she looked at the guards of the three royal families who looked tired of everything this life had to offer.
I’m hungry.
She tried to listen for any sound of a beast or monster nearby to corrupt and then eat, but there was nothing, just the forest, the reason there were no monsters around was probably because of the tower, they were pretty close after all, around 5 more hours and they would get there.
She looked at the mini statue Elar had given her and brought it closer to her. Even though it was made of ice, it was warm for her.
After a while Rainari came back with a few berries that she tried to give a to the guards in exchange for a few breads, turned out, half of those were poisonous and Fay had to work overtime.
“So, Aiden, what’s your class?” Iko asked after she got uncomfortable on the tree.
“Why do you ask?” He said while lifting his head from the food.
“I’m curious, that’s all” Iko said while jumping off the tree and landing next to them.
“Brawler, it means I use my body specifically to fight” He said after a while.
“Ooh, cool! I’d love the see what those fists can do~” Lilia said joining in the conversation before being hit in the head by Fay.
“No lewd comments! You horny girl!” Fay said while getting back in her seat.
“Your Majesty, don't say those words!” One of the guards said as he heard her.
Aiden ignored the chaos and continued the conversation “So, what about your class?” He asked Iko.
“Secret, not sure if I’m allowed to tell” Iko said, remembering the feeling she felt when Jaul asked to know what she meant that she dreamed of the spears, while stealing a glance at Liua who kept eyeing Iko’s ears.
“What, do you want to touch them?” Iko said with a tired face.
“N-no! I was just amazed that your hearing was better than mine, that’s all!” She said while blushing, turned out, Iko had a better hearing than an elf, they found out earlier the day when Iko heard the water to clean the blood of her body when they entered the forest.
“Iko don’t annoy her” Aiden said with a sigh.
“I-I'm not annoying her! I was serious about the offer!” Iko said quickly, she didn't want her brother to think she was mean to everyone!
“Why would you want someone to touch your ears...? Aren't dragon ears as sensitive as a beast men ear?” Lilia said after a bite on a... sandwich? Iko didn’t know what it was, but that’s how they called it.
“Never had anyone touch them before, so no idea” Iko said.
Before they could continue their conversation, a guard with horns came up to them “Uhm, your majesty” He said to Lilia “It’s best if we start moving soon, we are in a deadline after all” Lilia sighed and got up.
“Well, do we get moving or are you all going to stay there? Maybe your feet hurt?” Lilia said clearly, making fun of the fact that Iko was barefoot.
Bitch
“I’m good, thank you very much, I’m not as weak as you” Iko said, getting up from the ground.

“Don’t fight for Fuy sake” Aiden said as he got between the two ladies.
“She started it... I’m just fighting back...” Iko grumbled as she moved towards the carriage.
“Oh, and Iko, it’s better if we separate from here” Fay said running in front of Iko.
“What do you mean?” She asked, surprised.
“We are all different races; it would confuse a lot of people that are already waiting for us there” Aiden said, putting a hand on Iko’s shoulder.
“But...” Iko understood the reasoning but still didn’t want to part ways with her brother yet.
“Hey, don’t be sad, we will find each other again later, maybe even inside the tower, and, if you remember more, you can tell me what you did all those years ago” Aiden said giving her a hug, Iko would miss his warm once they parted ways.
“Fine... I’ll try to remember... Rainari! Let's go!” Iko said while opening her wings, ready to take to the sky once again.
Rainari stopped playing around with Liua and took flight.
“Lilia, just in case, Aiden is like a brother to me, so you better treat him well for the time im not here! Or I swear you’ll regret it!” She said as she went after Rainari.
“Who said you could be so sentimental~” The demon said, teasing Iko.
“Shut up or I’ll destroy my brain again” She whispered only high enough for him to hear her.
“Hey, hey, don’t be rash!” He said lifting his hands in a surrender motion.
“Asshole...”
“Did you say anything?” Rainari said from behind her.
“N-nothing! Don’t think about it!”
“If you say so...” After that the 2 of them continued flying towards the tower in silence with the occasional attack from different monsters, sadly, none of them were corrupted, so she had to corrupt one in most than one occasion just to eat, anything non corrupted just tasted like shit.
After a few hours after separating from the group, the landscape changed once again. This time it was pure water.
“I wonder how those four will be able to pass this, none of them could fly” Rainari commented as she flew a couple of meters below Iko while eating the few fish that swam a little just close to the surface.
“Probably some rich folk bullshit” Iko wasn’t really in the conversation more than just watching the tower as it grew bigger the closer they got.
“It’s really big” The demon said from under the water annoying fish who couldn’t even see him.
She ignored him as they finished crossing the large body of water. Surprisingly, without a single monster attacking them, she could guess why.
“That’s a lot of people” Iko looked around the land she just landed on, there were people everywhere, and different races too, they seemed to group up in the respective races with houses...
Didn’t the tower appear like 4 days ago? How did they build houses already?
“The efficiency of some people is terrifying...” She said as she walked around the place, people around her started looking her way, some staring for just a second and other’s watching her with lust on their eyes, those were mostly just some more intelligent than average orcs and goblins, so it made sense, still gross though.
While she walked towards to the tower, she was stopped by a rather big guy, from the look of it, he was a barbarian, a sub race of humans.
“Can I help you?” Iko looked at him, wondering why he didn't wear a shirt, not that she was complaining though.
“You powerful, fight me” He said, first pointing at her, then at him, and then cracking his knuckles. His black hair was short, and he didn't look the intelligent type. He had muscles on the muscles, which was weird but fascinating to see.
“You want to fight?” She identified him.
Pretty basic
“Yes!” He said while hitting his fist on his chest.
“Why would I acc-”
“Just accept lady, he will annoy you the whole day if you don't accept!” Someone interrupted her from her left, she turned her head and saw a group beast men, 2 of them were heavily injured, the rest looked fine though.
“Fine, whatever” She said as she deactivated the skill of “the whatever it said embrace”.
Her dragon parts happily stretching, since she had covered them up before to not be noticed as a dragon so quickly.
Quickly people around her gasped and Cyne eyes opened in surprise, before grinning like a mad man.
“So, when do we start?” She asked while covering her claw in corruption.
“Now!” He screamed while he summoned a sword out of thin air.
That’s some interesting skills... but I rather not waste that much time in here
Before anything else could happen, her tail wrapped around the man leg’s, lifting him of the ground and she threw him at the house she guessed had the rest of the barbarians.
“I win” She said and started walking towards the tower, wondering why they were so many people outside and not inside the tower.
Wait a minute...
“Hey demon, did you see where Rainari went?” Iko asked low enough no one would hear her as she looked around.
“To your left, she is getting chased by some humans, and by the fact that she still has beef in her mouth, I would guess she stole from them”
As Iko turned her head that way, she couldn’t help but sigh at the sight of Rainari being chased by 5 humans with pitchforks.
“I think I will let her do her own thing...” She continued walking towards the tower until a panel appeared infront of her, and even though it looked the same as normal system panels, this one wasn’t from the system, she could tell after being confronted with sarcasm by the system so much.
And from what she could see from the reaction of the other people around her, non got the third notification.
The last message felt childish for some reason, but before she could think about it, the space around her started to distort, the next moment she was in a black void with the real system notifications around her, mostly just telling her all her skills were sealed, somehow, even bloodline skills too, even though those were, well, in her blood.
After a minute of being on the void, space distorted once more, and she was now on a forest, a forest that felt familiar, and her body felt wierd, she couldn’t feel any of her dragon limbs, and when she looked at herself, she was smaller, like the size of a child, and there was no corruption around, she just felt cold, true lonely cold.
