How long must this go on?
To which extent does a person have to suffer?
What did I do to deserve this?
How cruel must god be for him to make me suffer like this?
Is there even a god?
A being to hear my cry and have mercy on me?
Do I even deserve it?
Do I deserve mercy...?
Their thoughts were similar.
They had both suffered, at the hands of each other and maybe or definitely, perhaps, at the hands of him.
In the dark space, where it was just the two of them who existed, a world closed of from any other world, one stood tall, looking at the person who tormented him, writhing in pain. His cold, empty, pearl coloured eyes watched with a dulled, almost bored satisfaction as the person who tormented him most lay before him.
His skin was burned through. He could see his muscles twitching as they repaired itself. It was slow and painful, and the crackling of bones remodelling themselves could be heard. And yet the person did not scream. His rusted iron red colored eyes were void of life. Blank as they reflected nothing but darkness.
A darkness that was more profound and blacker than the one that surrounded them.
He had long since stopped thinking about what he did to deserve this. Someone who was swept up and away by a natural disaster couldn't ask why.
They could just blame themselves for not preparing adequately for the situation.
"It's not nearly enough." The boy with pearl like eyes and hair as blue as the depths of the ocean, with waves as untamed as the same, said. He stared as the ground started to crack, and screams of pain and agony were heard from the crack that slowly began to cast a faint orange in the darkness.
"Over and over and over again, I'll break you enough that I feel you've suffered the same as me, of course, physical pain could never really atone for a damaged heart...so I'll just keep breaking your body, until I find a way to break your spirit." He said
Black hands crawled out from the small cracks, their sharp nails digging into the bare skin of the boy on the ground, who screamed...it was a desperate yell.
He begged for this to end.
The hands clung at his skin, and they burned like hot charcoal as they dug their fingers through him. But he couldn't die. Every time his breath stopped, he would be back again to the same pain and torment, over and over and over again.
Until his flesh tore and burned, leaving just chunks of his meat here and there. Like a terribly eaten piece of meat.
It felt like vultures eating him away, picking and tearing at his flesh here and there.
His flesh recovered, but that was even more painful.
He cried until his teeth dried, and all that was left were his empty screams through his cracked voice, until it was empty silence when a black chared hand gripped his throat and dug long sharp nails into the flesh surrounding his trachea, tearing away. Pulling harsher as it felt the resistance of the bone.
"Oh my, this is terrible." A voice suddenly said, and the pearl eyes shook with fear and shock at the person who said that.

The rusted iron red eyes on the ground followed the sound of the voice, and before, the two of them was someone with a handsome but unsettling appearance.
He had lime green hair and shoulder length with a sort of mop head appearance at the top. A golden crown that resembled chained stars floated around his head.
The heavy black eyeshadow of his Egyptian like eyes were a stark but fitting contrast to his dark tangerine colored eyes.
He had a smile that failed to reach his eyes, but it was constantly there.
He whistled as he watched the rusted iron eye colored boy on the ground.
" I'm..." Before he could finish his words, the ground he walked on turn to water as a beast came it, it's mouth open, showing a disgusting spiral of bloody sharp carcass filled teeth.
The new company looked at it before he was swallowed whole.
But it didn't take long before he had switched positions with the pearl eyed boy, who screamed as the moster grinned him into paste.
"Oh boy, that would've been dangerous, right?" He asked the boy who watched the giant mouth grind the other boy, his eyes welled up with tears.
"...go..." He said, and the new company looked at him as he bent his ear closer to the boy who was still being tormented by the hands.
"L...go..." He said his words swallowed by his screams and escaping through his open trachea.
The green haired man laughed, hysterically doubling over with laughter and even wiping a tear.
"This is even more interesting." He said, and the next second, the two boys were both before him, in their complete forms, no more pain, no more torment.
The rusted iron eyes looked at his hands, and his feet, feeling his face, his throat. They were all back. The pain was gone.
His eyes gazed at the person before them with curious awe.
The pearly eyed boy stared with a hateful and cautious gaze.
The lime haired fellow looked at them, his eyes shone with a certain amusement as he stared at the hate of the pearly eyed boy, but when he looked at the rusted iron eyed boy, his eyes showed disgust and boredom.
"The methods were creative, I'll give you that much." He said, pointing to the pearly eyed boy, clapping his hands.
"And you, you cried like a pathetic puppy, as expected from her world. All of you are weak bastards." He said with clear disgust and hate in his voice directed to the rusted iron eyed boy whose look of awe turned into just pure confusion.
"Hers?" He asked, but the lime haired boy didn't bother to explain.
"There is a way we can all be satisfied here. Of course, my entertainment is a priority over your silly little desires." He said with a small mocking laugh, earning an even more hateful glare from the pearl eyed boy and an empty stare from the rusted iron eyed boy.
"You two are going to play a game, don't worry, I'm a fare being. At least I wouldn't compromise my entertainment for something as cheap as meaningless as injustice or whatever." He said and looked at the two of them.
"But I still hate the two of you. It's almost as if you're both competing for a who can piss me off more challenges, and you're taking turns, so now it's a tie..." He said before looking at the rusted iron eyes that looked at him with a certain glint, and he frowned.
"Actually, no, I hate you more." He said, and a throne appeared before them.
"The two of you will entertain me since you both want to kill each other..." He said hesitating a bit when he saw the rusty eyes of the boy. His face turned with displeasure, and the next minute, he was on the same level as him, his fingers digging into his eyes sockets, making the boy scream.
The lime haired boy continued to speak as he removed the boys eyes leisurely.
"You," He said, addressing the pearl eyed boy who looked at him with some fear mixed with caution and hate, "will join the church, but you will work with the demon king, to kill the heroes. It should be enough revenge right against those who hurt you," He said with another pause as he yanked the eyes of the boy who screamed, covering his eyes that bled, red tears fell as he covered the empty sockets with his hands.
"And this...he will be one of the heroes." He said, dropping his eyes and crushing them with his feet.
"Whoever kills the other one first gets to have that , oh, so perfect sweet life you both wish, and one more wish..."
"I wish for you to die... no, I wish to kill you myself." The pearly eyed boy said venomously, making the lime haired boy look at him with fake shock, a hand over his heart. If he even had one.
"No, no, you can't you pathetically weak scum. Of course not." He said with a light laughter and shook his head.
"By myself, I thought you were the smartest of the flock. I didn't expect much, but surely you'd have some common sense, you ****." He said and sat on his throne.
"But tell you what, if you want that, I can make it so that you'd have the opportunity to sort of make that wish come true." He said and then smiled while looking at the boy who was panting heavily, calming down from his high of pain that was still nibbling at him.
"Did you catch that? If that guy manages to kill you, everything you have goes to him. Your sweet, loving family, your friends... all of it. And then you'll be forced to stay in that world forever, dying over and over again, deprived of any love completely. No matter what you do to fit in, you never will." He said his voice plain and simple.
The boys heart sounded in his ears as the words struck him. He was also losing blood, a lot of it. But the pain in his eyes couldn't compare to the fear that dug into his heart like a sharp beast , slowly ripping away at him. He felt his gut getting colder and colder, even though the blood flowing out of his eyes was warm.
"I hope to be entertained." The lime haired beast said, and a blinding light appeared swallowing the darkness and eventually the two boys.
The only one left was that lime haired boy who stared with empty eyes at nothing.
