  00:01: 26 - Dr Palmer: Good day, Benefactors. I am Dr. Palmer for an update in the Metahuman Trials. We have another update for our Lambda. But before we lead to that, I will be taking this time to introduce our new benefactors to our past subjects.

  00:01:44 - Dr. Palmer: The Metahuman Trials is a secret undertaking by multiple companies, using highly reactive genes prone to mutation, to incite the human DNA to… well, evolve.

  00:01:56 - Dr Palmer: If you’d look to the screen behind me. We have 11 Subjects. From Alpha to Lambda. They are humans exposed to the aforementioned Mutagen.

  00:02:07 - Dr Palmer: So far, the common side effects of the Mutagen are loss of rationality, extreme physical transformation, and the erasure of self. The mutagen also travels through air, blood and physical contact.

  00:02:24 - Dr Palmer: But the intended effect still remains. Total evolution to the point of recreating Extraordinary biological abilities, whether it be mental or physical. Superpowers. The latent and innate powers that was released by the mutagen depends on numerous factors, but I have found core criterion.

  00:02:57 - Dr Palmer: That would be stressors, upbringing, hobbies, skills, and occupational talents. Among unidentified factors.

  00:03:07 - Dr. Palmer: Now we are in the later stages of the project, where the goal is to minimize side effects, or even remove them entirely. I do hypothesize that there are certain genes, rare ones, that would ultimately block these side effects. I’ve yet to see it happen to any subject.

  00:03:28 - Dr. Palmer: Subject Alpha. Upon injection of the mutagen, Alpha lost all of their hair, and became very primal. It is violent, and seem to prefer to eat flesh. However Alpha can last years since being sedated and restrained since its last experimentation. Status: Alive.

  00:04:00 - Dr. Palmer: Subject A-Xs. These are numerous staff and scientists that were infected by the mutagen, either by mishandling of the mutagen, or contact with similar subjects. One of the greatest minds in our society, Elizabeth Kaplan, the previous lead scientist, will be denoted as A-00023.

  00:04:29 - Dr. Palmer: Subject Beta. Exhibited the same symptoms as Alpha, but has a sense of understanding. It reacts by name, but is otherwise just as primal as Alpha. Status: Alive.

  00:04:44 - Dr. Palmer: Subject Gamma. Not a human this time. A dog. Exhibited the same symptoms. Loss of fur, but sense of smell heightened to the point of overtaking the sense of sight. Loss of sight are also recorded as a side effect, but I would like to believe it is a side effect of evolving, not the Mutagen. Status: Alive.

  00:05:06 - Dr. Palmer: Subject Delta. Exhibited far more symptoms than what was previously seen. In an attempt to escape confinement, Delta has evolved having bladed arms. Made from bone. Still primal. Status: Restrained.

  00:05:21 - Dr. Palmer: Subject Epsilon. Neutralized immediately after introducing mutaged. It appeared to have gained mental stability, and the ability to contact and organize the earlier subjects. After causing a ruckus and killing a third of the original team, Epsilon was neutralized. Status: Dead.

  00:06:20 - Dr. Palmer: Subject Zeta. Exhibited the same symptoms as Alpha and Beta, but evolved after rigorous experimentation. Hypothesis was, evolution occurs on repeated actions or experiences, as seen from Epsilon. After 50 attempts of electrocuting Zeta, Zeta has gained electrokinesis, alongside numbness and resistance to up to 400,000 volts, with 10 Amps. Status: Restrained with Insulators. Alive.

  00:07:10 - Dr. Palmer: Subject Eta. Subjected to blunt force trauma. Muscles have achieved hypertrophy. and Target achieved growth up to 40 feet. Is currently sedated and stored horizontally underneath the lab. I fear that Eta would grown accustomed to sedation and so I will be neutralizing Eta in a month. Status: Heavily Sedated.

  00:08:15 - Dr. Palmer: Subject Theta. Using small doses of toxin, acids, and corrosive components, Theta has evolved into producing mucus internally and externally, and an internal organ for processing, containg and recreating toxins. This is the same toxin that I will be using to neutralize Eta. Theta is contained in a glass vessel lined with its own mucus. Status: Alive.

  00:09:09 - Dr. Palmer: Subject Iota. Subjected to compression and artificial gravity, Iota is a small being that can withstand most environmental hazards, gravity, and external harm. Completely harmless in terms or range and speed, it is easily contained. However, it is able to perform cavitation underwater, similar to pistol shrimps. I make sure Iota is away from any body of water. Status: Alive.

  00:10:02 - Dr. Palmer: Subject Kappa. Subjected to indefinite submersion. Kappa has evolved gills underneath the armpits and by the neck. It has also evolved webbed hands and feet and an aversion to light. I also believe that Kappa has gained echolocation. It also reacts to name and is capable of returning prolonged eye contact. Subject shows no sign of aggression, but prone to becoming violent. Status: Alive

  00:11:06 - Dr. Palmer: Let me move this screen out of the way… Behind me is subject Lambda. I did not subject it to any stressors. It first exhibited signs similar to Alpha and Beta. Loss of hair. Loss of self, minor mutations. I did restrain Lambda, as you can see.

  00:11:20 What I did is I tried to regain the ability to… feel. Emotionally. Like we humans. Regaining the loss of self, and giving them the ability to think for themselves. And maybe when I inject the Mutagen to the next Subject, the symptom would be gone, at worst, mitigated. I made Lambda watch the clips you’ve seen and observe the other subjects for months through live footage. And-
