  Aldred tapped a pen which he held in his hand.

  Pa...pa...pa

  He was confused about what had happened earlier this day.

  What happened to Dunn? This question was bothering him.

  After the blood-soaking incident had happened earlier that day, Dunn decided to stay the whole night at Indhra's house with Mr Derrick. He was planning to keep an eye on Aldred.

  Before leaving for his room, Dunn told Aldred not to reveal what stuff happened, and Aldred, being the kind boy, agreed to keep it a secret.

  Before leaving, Dunn revealed a few things about Aldred since he didn't intend for Aldred to put himself in danger while trying to find the answers.

  In basic terms, there is a demon trying to take over your body, or the demon is trying to help you somehow! Aldred remembered the answers given by Dunn.

  Aldred had no work to do; he could go to sleep, but for some reason, he was having a purposeful insomnia.

  He got bored and decided to continue to read the book. Now, he had gotten the confirmation that the book is indeed talking about the truth. Dunn also said that he was going to either way reveal the past of the real world to Aldred, since he has a demon inside him.

  He decided to read the parts that talk about demons since Dunn piqued his interest.

  Demons and Souls

  Demons are creatures living in Hell whose main goal is to serve the king of hell, whose existence is still unknown to us humans.

  These Demons love to wreak havoc on the human world. For some unknown reason, these demons hate us humans to their core. But at the end, they also have feelings, emotions just like humans.

  These Demons show very weird powers. We humans call these powers magic since the demon or even a human who uses these powers needs to cast a spell by writing it with their own blood.

  That's painful. I am curious whether the demon inside me can use Magic, or atleast will it ever let me use it.

  There are three ranks for demons that we humans have classified:

  1. Low rank- These demons aren't very powerful but are surely a danger for non-awakeners or even low rank awakeners.

  2. Medium rank- These demons are a lot stronger than any normal awakener. These demons cannot use their full power unless they are sealed inside a human.

  A case of theft: this story is not rightfully on Amazon; if you spot it, report the violation.

  So, the demon inside me could be medium rank or higher.

  3. Special rank- These demons can be compared to a God since their power, even without a host, is enough to destroy planets. These demons generally call themselves God's.

  Ok, these people are strong! He chuckled at the thought of the demon inside him being a special rank, which, according to him, is very unlikely.

  There is only one special rank demon we know about, that is Lucifer. He is also considered the king of Devils, but that is very unlikely.

  Only one? That's so lame!

  Souls are beings that also live in hell but aren't born there. They are generally humans or any other creature's aura left after their death.

  There are four types of souls:

  1. Spirits- These souls are generally good and try to live along with demons or mostly with humans.

  2. Ghosts- These souls are generally evil since they are formed by the negative aura left by a dead body.

  3. Wraiths- These souls are formed when the aura of a dead body wants to complete a goal left by them because of death. These Wraiths always try to complete the goal left by their human bodies.

  4. Devils- These are the souls of demons, and they don't have their own will and always try to follow their leader, that is, the king of hell.

  Aldred thought that this was some fantasy novel he was reading, but at the same time, he believed it was real. He turned the page to see the last page of the book, as he had skipped over much of the content.

  Its chapter name was the Shibou stone. He thought that it was a weird name.

  Shibou Stone, found in Kyoto, Japan, is a stone board with weird inscriptions that to date hasn't been solved.

  A few people think that the stone inscriptions can be solved by the Mana vision of the Trix clan, which is represented by a yellow thunder symbol on the pupil.

  It is said that the last reincarnation of Lord Kamui had written it, that is, at the end of the third megos.

  Wait... Kamui reincarnation, but aren't there many Kamui reincarnations? Ahh...Probably I skipped some part of the book that talked about it.

  The inscription was tried to solve by Lord Menchent Trix, who, according to many, almost mastered the Mana vision, which helped him to read a small portion that said,

  ' People think...seven God Armour...but there is...'

  Wait, he could only read that much? How is it called mastered if he could only read that much? But then he read the next line, which was the last line, which said,

  'The world...end...2154!'

  Wait! What the... He got confused, he joined the words and got," The world will end in the year 2154 AD!" He read it out.

  It doesn't make any sense! According to this stupid stone, the world is going to end in the year 2154, that is, twenty years from now!

  As he thought about this revelation, an explosion struck the floor, which caused Aldred to fall from his chair.

  What the... He quickly checked the time, 1:14 AM.

  He stood up, didn't care to throw the book in the bag, and slammed the door open in a hurry and came downstairs.

  Nothing! He saw nothing. But that was when he realised.

  The cafe!

  He ran with all his strength.

  He remembered when Indhra told him about the gate that connects Indhra's Cafe and his house.

  He ran through the corridor while the rooms passed by.

  Beside Indhra-Shinsu's room was the gate which connected the cafe, and he slammed it open.

  Smoke, fog everywhere!

  He started to feel suffocated, and that was when he saw an ice crystal passing through a person's skull. Blood pumped out of the skull and dropped on Aldred's face.

  He quickly realised that something had gone terribly wrong!
