Creig was slightly uncomfortable being treated like a pipe bomb, but understood the necessity, or well accepted that the practicing nurse saw it as a necessity. Today was likely the start of a long debrief with Interpol, which shall be just pact full of clarifications he was sure. So far the meals here had been better than hospital food in his old world, though he had less clue what he was actually eating, rather than having a general idea. Anabel brought him some different clothes, interestingly, meaning he wouldn't just be wearing the same thing everyday. The clothes seemed to suppress his energy, making him feel a tad warmer.
Coming out to the lobby he could hear multiple voices outside, Nurse Joy was simultaneously trying to look busy at her reception desk and hide behind it. Anabel, Looker, and Nate? were outside, a researcher looking person was with them. Glacia and surprisingly Pryce were also here, the two groups were having their own discussions while eyeing each other. Creig realized they would not make any progress unless interrupted, Creig walked out the door.
"Anyone actually coming inside?" his question made everyone look at him.
"Don't rush your elders" a snide? annoyed? comment from Pryce came.
"I was merely dislodging that which was stuck" He almost missed it, but Anabel slightly flinched at that, Looker was pulling his cap over his eyes in a bit of embarrassment. Pryce merely huffed, while Glacia smiled slyly keeping it hidden from Pryce.
"Anabel, of Interpol, these are my colleagues, Agent Looker, his apprentice, and Archivist Lore, our person of interest is mutual to your own" with a gesture at Creig who had take to holding the non automated door just to the side open.
"That's our new specialist?" almost dismissively asked Pryce
To which Glacia responded "Don't go senile, I told you Nurse Joy contacted me because his introduction to the type was unnatural, sudden, and he has had no time to gain control yet." "Just take a closer look at his eyes"
"I see them, I am just too old to remember to care even if someone's a special case, more effort I don't want to expend, besides what's Interpols interest? Eyh?"
Looker stepped forward to answer this "He happens to be Interdimensional". That made Pryce blink. People also started to move inside.
"Normally you all whisk such people away, Mr.Looker, What's so different about this one?" queried Glacia. "And will we get to be in the loop?"
"Agent, please. For one there's what you were called over for, two he's not a faller and is from farther out than a faller, he also kept his memories, hence the archivist, to sort what of he knows is relevant to this timeline, rather than what is relevant to a mirror line." Looker gestured that details shouldn't be discussed in public space. "Between your position, and the fact you will be working with him you're welcome to sit in on the interviews, Sir Pryce as well"
"Nurse Joy, is there a.... secure place we are allowed, so we can speak without disrupting/disruption?" Anabel asked taking the lead
"Ah!, yes, um, actually, a conference room seems best" Nurse Joy half said to herself "Also, Ms.Glacia we have set Mr.Creig in an energy containment room for his stay in case of accidents while he sleeps". which earned a small nod from Glacia.
The meeting was a long and short affair, opening with Anabel giving a summery of what she had learned of Creig the day before the difference between education focus between the worlds stood out among those gathered, the study of magic animals takes more than one would think at first. Which led into discussion on Myth and Legend, from Creigs' understanding Pokémon were more Yokai than animal or other magical/spiritual creature dispite being similar in looks (Creig didn't want to think -based on- since he now lived in Pokémon world). Pokémon types were natural interwoven in this, an example of which would be Creig pointing out how Fairy types in fact could be attributed to fairy tale character archtypes of his own world. Prof.Lore was very excited about an outside perspective exclaiming several times about how it would revolutionize pokemon studies. Lore was also deeply interested in Creigs' theories on Legendaries hierarchy and responsibilities, everyone else was concerned, though Pryce seemed conflicted between happiness, disgruntlement, and disconcerted at the idea that the Birds and Beasts had proper places, but they were jointly representatives of the ideas behind the league, which existed more by the will of Arceus than by the people (theoretically, and too logically for the comfort of most at the table). Giratina being a good being who managed reincarnation, and the overall lifecycle made them question many of their beliefs. They took lunch with Creig and Lore leading speculative discussion on how belief affected type strength and weaknesses, Fairies and their sudden immunity to dragon types as a prime example, especially with how it was unknown in some places beforehand.
The afternoon was where Creig gave everyone stress headaches. They wanted to talk more on Legendaries and Creig knew he had to shift into talking about: when was the now in his knowledge of the timelines, the villain teams, and the heroes, and that his knowledge of character wasn't based on basic simulators, but stories. Which did confirm Lookers apprentice was in fact the Black/White 2 male protagonist, though his personality was a mix of the games and manga. Creig also awkwardly brought up how Pryce was Team Rockets Masked Man in a select few timelines, Pryce was understandably upset at that, and luckily it was quickly confirmed to not be true in this timeline. Looker also relayed that his time would be doing a call-palooza the next day to get investigations and plans underway, with caveats to the will of the timelines. Creig also convinced Looker that if Jesse, James and Meowth existed it was integral for them to follow Ash, though if they could offer them a spot in the Rangers before they were inducted to Rocket it would be best, though a deal with Giovanni may be in order, they were integral to Ashs' growth and survival too many times, and they were amazing scouts. Some villains, namely N, Lusamine, Chairman Rose, and Professors Turo and Sada were in fact savable/preventable, their villainy not being fundamental to the stories of their regions. Dinner was marked by exasperated groans and sighs with planning intermitted here and there.

Evening was summarizing plans to end the meeting, some agreement that getting and remembering every detail of every person had limited viability as well as use. Then everyone split up, Interpol making a preliminary report, Glacia and Pryce prepared training options (for his energy) as well as began discussing getting Crieg a starter, and Nurse Joy gave Crieg a quick check-up. While Nurse Joys' scans were accurate, Glacia and Pryce used their own energy to explore Creigs' for unique traits, they found the idea of being hidden/lost in a storm. This matched with Creigs' mind either not getting certain implications, or his way of speaking the minimum he deemed necessary for most things. Pryce verbally took out some of his frustrations during this process, but added the frustration of barely making the man huff in annoyance once. Nate came to him to ask about Team Woke..... Plasma, Team Plasma, they were basically the same thing which made them easy to confuse, but one was to be rejected by the world, the other was a weapon of the world against the rightful ruler of the world. The backstory of Unova made Creig think of Eden, Cain, and Redemption. When Creig was in his world he also realized that the setting of Unova implied that Europeans were the only advanced culture or culture at all in the west, and others were at best children, maybe pets, or just leeches, getting luxuries by no merit of their own (being represented mostly as pokemon). Nates' place in the story was clean-up, luckily? for him, stopping the vestiges of Plasmas hedonist portion from committing terrorism, helping the repentant to return to society. At the last everyone was looking forward to bed, Nurse Joy fussed a little over getting Looker and Pryce therapeutic beds, one was grateful, the tried to wave her off, I'll let you guess which is which.
The next day had events. Not like yesterdays events, but events of somewhat notability. For Creig the morning was on and off training to get in touch with his energy and looking at a catalogue of ice types during the in between breaks. Nurse Joy interrupted in the afternoon, unable to keep entirely out of their business as she had noticed to many idiosyncrasies to give him a psych test, it came back with him being Autistic, obviously not the debilitating kind, and meant less in the pokemon realm, but still neurodivergent, which explained part of why the Ice Energy was making him extra computer like, it was enhancing what was already there. Anabel was quite glad she hadn't been told to mind delve him, yet at least, his alter-mind will need to be approached differently. Interpol was on different phones all day, receiving info, giving clarifications, contacting champions when info pulled through, cutting red tape, planning conferences and mega-conferences. The town mayor checked in on the ruckus happening in the center, got told classified, not dangerous to town, witness/patient that couldn't be moved but was currently important and priority. The Mayor tried to tap comms despite re-assuring the town that it was major but irrelevant to the town other than the minor inconvenience, the mayor had been more curious than smart.
Prof.Lore had the most eventful day, first discussing with Interpol scientists and scholars. He also acted as point of contact to the various regional professors. Not everyone was excited by an interdimensional info dump, he managed to get Creig to make a statement defending the dump, He pretty much just pointed out that thy weren't starting from zero in the first place and were standing on the info dumps of their predecessors, and those to come would stand on theirs, not to mention that what he put out lacked detail such as how and why and required verification due to timeline differences, so plenty of work nothing wasted, everyone here had gone to school. Lore just did a conference call of professors in the end, and when enough info was verified (not the science, way too soon for that, people and building events), Lore dropped firstly Lusimines' problem. She seethed at Favas' potential betrayal, because she could see him doing such, she left the call to ready countermeasures with her husband, pictures, journals and other reminders, as well as anti-Fava measures. They added Chairman Rose to the call for the second bomb, about him, he was surprised to be called out, but he took the reprimand and more level heads were assigned to general Legendary power generation, as well as some for Eternatus specifically, even if it just weakened the thing it would be a boon during it's re-emergence. Turo and Sada did not take their bomb well, protested, unfortunately for them for this one, Lore brought in the head of Interpol and Chairman Goodshow as backup, and Geeta happened to be passing by. It wasn't the best start to relations with the closed off region, but with the seriousness of the info that was being verified, it was understood, even with the invasion threats. With most of the secrets of Paldea out that they had closed themselves off to protect, Geeta passed an emergence override, and set up a vote.
Creig took to notes to organize some of the differences. To put what the timeline was like here into perspective, Ash and Red were brothers, Ash the older by about 3 years, Winnona and Wallace had their on(more-so) and off again relationship So it mixed anime, game, and manga. Ash would start his journey at the start of the next league. The events of Unova in relation to the Manga/Games was set to go off at the same time, which was out of previously known order, Creig guessed at it being so that Ash wouldn't encounter Plasma when he went through. Diantha would probably champion of Kalos in about 2 years. It was estimated that Liko would be born in 3-4 years, Exceed corp. was in more trouble than the Paldean professors. Professor Oak was dealing with Giovanni, first impression, he wasn't down the rabbit hole just yet, but he was a master at hiding his truth. Somewhat disturbingly Oak was bringing him over the next day, why? because Oak was escorting his granddaughter to Hoenn, since she did in fact know Courtney, and it was hoped she could bring Courtney back from the brink. The Kanto parts of the primary manga were pretty much nonexistent, Lance being a blackthorn etc. Max from the anime existed, but he and May were Birchs' kids, Brendan was Normans. The Female leads wouldn't be starting their journeys when Ash passed through, begging the question of who his companions would be. Questions for the coming week as more information and details came in, not that everything was his concern, he was just curious and he was being informed so any info he hadn't said yet that got shook loose would have context for him to speak of it.
