“Very good then!…” I said to myself; and then I decided that I’d hang around my house all day instead of going out and about because, after all, I didn’t have a front door at the moment and didn’t want for someone to be able to just walk into my abode because I was gone and there was no door to prevent them from walking into my abode…; and so then I began pacing back and forth in my front yard; and as I paced I began to ask myself how in the multiverse my door had managed to fly away and escape from me!…

  Hmmm…

  Soooooooooo…, perhaps the door had been a robot door?…

  I mean, the door had already been there when I’d moved into the house, and so it’s not like someone I knew had created the door like how Woody was creating a door for me now…; and so for all I knew the door had looked like a normal door to me for all of this time but had always had a bunch of wires and programming and whatnot that just hadn’t been visible to me!…; and if that was the case then the door had just always had the ability to escape for as long as I had lived inside of my abode…

  And then, there was also the possibility that perhaps someone had removed the door that had originally been at my abode at some point and had then replaced it with a robot door so that they could pull a prank on me or something!…; and, I mean, they could’ve perhaps even switched out the normal door for the robot door while I’d been sleeping just hours before the robot door had flown away from my abode!…

  Hmmm…

  And so both of those possibilities involved the door being a robot door…, but!… was it possible that the door that had escaped hadn’t even been a robot door?…

  Hmmm…

  Well, I supposed that it was theoretically possible…; because, in theory, there could be a species who looks just like doors or something!…

  And that species wouldn’t even have to be a species who usually lives on this planet!, because perhaps the door that had escaped from me had been an alien from outer space!…

  Hmmm…

  And so now we had the robot explanation and the explanation that involved there being a species that looks like doors…; but were there any other possible explanations?…

  Ummmmmm…

  Well…; it did seem possible that perhaps there was some sort of magic that could be done to bring a normal door to life!…

  And…

  What about the possibility that perhaps the door had been a shapeshifter!…

  Yeeeeeesssssssss…; and so now we had the robot explanation, the species who looks like a door explanation, the magic bringing a normal door to life explanation, and the shapeshifter explanation!…

  And so now that I had some possible explanations about what had happened in mind perhaps it was time to start thinking about who might be able to help me figure out which of those explanations might be the correct one!…; because, after all, SOMETHING had definitely happened, and I very much wanted to figure out exactly what that something that had happened had been…
