When Lady came to she felt the hard barren soil beneath her body. Her hair was a mess with the white dress she had on burnt and turned gray. While she was trying to pull herself up to a stand a man came up to her and dropped a sword by her side. Lady looked up and saw someone who was in black demonic armor with a red cape and a black and white mask over his head. His eyes glowed a dark red as he looked down at the woman before him.
“Pick up your weapon and fight,” said the man.
“Who are you?” asked Lady. “Where am I?”
“I am General Zandu of Lord Lucifer's army,” answered the man. “And you're in hell!”
“This is a mistake,” said Lady. “I shouldn't be here.”
“Where else would a woman who renounces God go?” asked Zandu. “You are now a servant of Lucifer.”
“Never!” screamed Lady. “I will never worship the devil!”
“In this life there are only two masters,” began Zandu, “and you already rejected one. Now pick up your sword and fight!”
Zandu charged at Lady with his own blade raised. Lady had no choice but to pick up the sword Zandu had dropped to her and use it to defend against the strikes of the man in front of her. They parried and went back and forth, but try as she might she wasn't able to get a scratch on Zandu. Only defend herself.

The man easily overpowered her. Pushing her backwards and releasing another series of strikes towards her. All of which she did her best to defend. Lady kept backing away until she stumbled on the ledge of the ground they were on and almost fell into the lake of fire.
“Please!” cried out Lady. 'Have mercy on me!”
“Mercy is for the weak!” proclaimed Zandu. “I will teach you to be a proud and strong warrior of Lucifer's army!”
The two did battle for what felt like hours, and finally days. There was no way to gauge time in such a reality. The dimension of hell. Lady sweated and breathed heavily. She never felt more alive than when she was dead. As time passed Lady was able to stand her ground better. Become stronger. While never truly overpowering Zandu because of his size and strength, Lady learned what strengths she had in battle and began to use it to get the better of Zandu sometimes. Finally getting a few scratches and bruises on Zandu in which he would only respond with a nod of acknowledgment for Lady's skills.
Finally after what felt like an eternity in and of itself, Zandu sheathed his blade and declared an end to the training. Finally, lady could take a breath and dropped the sword that had firmly been in her hands for what felt like ages. Zandu walked over to the ledge of the platform they were on and looked out to the lake of fire where men and women were being tormented for their sins. Lady walked up to his side and looked out to the sight before her.
“Is this my fate?” asked Lady.
“No,” answered Zandu. “These are the souls of men and women who either worshiped God incorrectly or chose another master than the two that exist. You have been chosen to serve in Lord Lucifer's army.”
Zandu then faced Lady and held up her head by her chin and looked in her eyes.
“You truly are beautiful,” said Zandu. “A shame your life was cut short by foolish humans. I have something for you, but first you must make a vow. Do you swear to serve the Lord Lucifer?”
“I swear,” replied Lady.
“Then take your new gift,” said Zandu.
Zandu dropped a suit of dark gray demonic armor made complete with a blue cape and matching face mask. Lady put the armor on and it naturally attached itself to her skin as the face mask covered the lower half of her face and nose leaving the eyes and hair exposed. Lady then took the sword back to her hip and stood tall and proud before General Zandu.
“You are now...
Lady Hellspawn.”
