  Kevin: Is anyone going to help us?! The restaurant is completely flooding!

  Loken: When did Sheng and Lolen go down into the sewers?

  Emily: About half an hour ago.

  Loken: And what did the police say when you reported the problem?

  Kevin: They said they would arrive as quickly as possible… especially after they learned that the water won’t stop and that the whole street could flood within two or three hours.

  Loken: But they’re very late—

  (Suddenly, part of the restaurant ceiling explodes, and dust falls everywhere…)

  Paul Lon: Activate the tracking devices… we need to identify the source of the radiation signal detected in this area.

  (The soldiers begin scanning the place… the device emits a rapid beeping sound.)

  Soldier: Sir… the signal is very strong… the source is there!

  (He points to an old wooden box beside the wall — Sheng’s box.)

  Paul Lon: I see… so this is what’s emitting the signal. Excellent.

  Loken: That… that belongs to one of the workers here! You can’t take it!

  Paul Lon: Are you objecting to a high-ranking officer?

  That could be considered obstruction of an investigation… which is a crime.

  Loken: …

  Paul Lon: Good. I’ll assume I didn’t hear your objection.

  (He turns to the soldiers.)

  Paul Lon: Take the box.

  And now—prepare to descend.

  (The soldiers ready their weapons and go down one by one through the sewer entrance.)

  Paul Lon: I will go down with them myself.

  We have a second signal… another radioactive object located in the lower sewer level.

  It could be something dangerous… or something valuable.

  We brought the necessary equipment to retrieve it.

  (He looks at everyone.)

  Paul Lon: Stay here… no one moves until we return.

  (He begins descending with his team.)
